About the Role:MSS Security is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Security Officers at the University of Melbourne, specifically within the South Precinct section of the campus. Whether you’re just starting your security career or bringing experience to the table, we offer a supportive environment that encourages career progression and growth opportunities.Your duties will include, and are not limited to:Conducting regular foot patrols across the campusEscorting individuals around the campus and assisting with directionsLocking and unlocking properties as requiredResponding to incidents and emergencies, and writing detailed incident reportsDelivering excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitorsResponding to security emergencies, following SOP’s and effectively de-escalating situationsSkills & Experience:Full Australian Working RightsCurrent Victorian Security LicenceCertificate II (or higher) in Security OperationsCurrent Valid First Aid Certificate and CPRCurrent drivers licenceWorking With Childrens Check (or willing to obtain)Availability to work a rotating rosterHow to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
