This senior leadership role involves shaping research culture, supporting faculty researchers, and fostering an environment that encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration, impactful research, and industry partnerships.To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
- Strong leadership skills and experience in initiating, leading and managing academic teams and projects in a collegiate environment to deliver strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of University systems in regard to budget management, quality maintenance and good governance.
- Demonstrated capacity to think strategically and to act tactically based on organisational priorities and objectives.
- Ability to lead and contribute to cross-disciplinary and cross-sectoral teams.

You will play a key role in advancing our research profile and building collaborative partnerships across industries and academic communities.To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated ability to direct an award program/s and implement program improvements and innovative approaches to student-centred learning and quality improvement programs.
- Extensive experience in supervising higher degree by research candidates to maximise research performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead scholarly development and manage and supervise academic teams and members.
