In specialised purpose-built facilities, our team can also manage unit dose packaging and vaccine storage and handling in cold rooms.SAP Super User – MelbourneThe OpportunityAn exciting time to join Toll Group in this is newly created position to support significant growth within the Healthcare division. This is a national role, based in the head office in St Kilda Road, Melbourne.We are looking for an experienced SAP Super User who will be responsible for providing support to end users within the SAP system and acting as a bridge between technical teams and regular users by troubleshooting issues, testing new functionalities, documenting business processes, and identifying training needs related to the SAP system. Most importantly having a deep understanding of both the SAP software and business operations.As the SAP Super User, you will be responsible for:Answering questions, resolving basic system errors, and guiding users on how to navigate the SAP system effectively.Mapping out existing business processes within the SAP system to ensure accurate data entry and system usage.Gathering requirements from client and business operations, for new projects, system functionality and reporting needs. Communicating user needs and feedback to the IT team to improve system functionality and address pain points.Assisting in the implementation of new SAP features and processes, ensuring smooth transition for users.Collaborate with wider Toll Healthcare team, to provide solutions for customer bids as Subject Matter ExpertOnboarding of new customers on SAP platform as Subject Matter Expert, managing data conversion and set up.About youTo be successful in this role, you will need:In-depth knowledge of SAP modules relevant to their business area, especially Sales and Distribution, Extended Warehouse Management, FICOWarehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales and Operations Planning/ Integrated Business Planning experienceStrong understanding of business processes and workflows in SAP environment – Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Warehouse Management Processes, Inventory ManagementImplementation of large scale Tier1 ERP/ WMS as a Process Owner, Subject Matter ExpertProblem-solving and analytical skills, Lean and Six SigmaProject Management – understanding of PM methodologiesWhat moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
