With a strong community focus, they provide a wide range of programs and services designed to enhance the well-being of ex-service personnel and their loved ones.As a progressive and forward-thinking organisation, our client is continuously working to improve their operations, systems, and service delivery. They are currently undertaking a Salesforce uplift project to further streamline their processes and enhance service efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Data and Document Migration: Lead and support the finalisation of data migration plans and the development of data dictionaries. Oversee the execution of data/document migration EPICS for multiple platforms as outlined in the project plan.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Lead the development and design of Salesforce reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights through approximately 41 reports and dashboards.
  • Data Access Management: Support the development of a Data Access and Privacy Matrix, implementing Object, Field, and Record level security, as well as overseeing data destruction and archiving policies in line with privacy requirements.
  • Testing and Deployment: Assist with test script development, conduct testing, and ensure smooth deployment processes. Be trained as a SuperUser and deliver training sessions to end users.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support throughout the project, addressing any issues or challenges as they arise.
  • Change Management: Oversee and manage organisational-wide changes during the Salesforce build phase and beyond.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementations, including data migration, report/dashboard development, and data access management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce reporting and dashboard design, with the ability to create meaningful business insights.
  • Strong understanding of data security protocols, including Object, Field, and Record level access controls.
  • Experience with testing, deployment, and user training, including the ability to deliver clear and effective training sessions.
  • Ability to manage technical support needs and lead organisational change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with best practice release processes, with a focus on ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Excel Data Loader Experience: Advanced
