As the first SDR in the region, you’ll establish and execute outbound strategies, engage with prospects, and create opportunities that set the foundation for growth. This role offers a unique chance to make a lasting impact and shape the future of our presence in Australia.What You’ll Be Doing
- Outreach & Engagement: Identify and connect with key decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Pipeline Building: Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and book high-value demos for the sales team.
- Strategy & Execution: Work with leadership to optimize outbound programs and develop target account plans.
- Research & Mapping: Analyze the mid-market landscape, identify ideal prospects, and craft personalized outreach.
- CRM Management: Track all activity in HubSpot to ensure precision and visibility across the team.
