In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our reward frameworks remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our strategic objectives, while also leveraging People data and insights to support informed business decisions.About YouDemonstrated experience in leading teams across rewards, remuneration, and People system administration.Strong knowledge of remuneration frameworks, including job evaluation methodologies (Mercer preferred), salary benchmarking, and reward structures.Expertise in People system administration, data analytics, and reporting in a complex, regulated environment.Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into meaningful recommendations.Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, PowerBI, and Payroll systems.A passion for continuous improvement and the ability to drive innovation in rewards and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the planning, administration, and delivery of a contemporary reward framework, including salary bands, classifications, benefits, and gender pay analysis.Lead cyclical remuneration processes including annual remuneration review, out-of-cycle payments, and EA classification system updates, ensuring accurate data supports timely decision-making.Manage job evaluation frameworks using Mercer methodologies and provide remuneration insights through benchmarking and salary surveys.Ensure the integrity of People systems data, overseeing system administration, reporting, and compliance.Develop reporting dashboards and analytics to provide meaningful insights that support business and workforce decisions.Partner with Payroll to ensure seamless integration between People systems and Payroll processing.Drive process improvements and best practices in rewards, remuneration, general reporting and People analytics.Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a customer-first approach and continuous improvement mindset.Next stepsIf this role resonates with your values, experience, and career aspirations, join us and get onboard to help move Melbourne!Please note that relevant screening will be conducted as part of the recruitment and selection process.
