With 200 staff in five countries, and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, me&u is the consolidation of two leading hospitality technology companies: Mr Yum and me&u, who merged in November 2023.About The RoleThis role develops reporting across Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management, informs Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership with KPI data, and enhances revenue analysis with operational detail. Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and help streamline business processes.RequirementsWhat You’ll Do
- Build and own user-friendly dashboards to support our Salespeople, Implementation Specialists, and Account Managers.
- Manage data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver KPI reports for GTM leadership globally, ensuring data is accurate and accessible.
- Collaborate with Finance to translate budgets into individual targets and enhance revenue forecasting.
- Continuously improve reporting and data with a high degree of independence.
What You’ll Need
- Advanced proficiency SQL and Google Sheets (or Excel),
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Sisense Fusion.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience working within fast-paced tech startups.
- Knowledge of GTM reporting in similar businesses.
