What You’ll Do:
- Drive IT Project Success: Oversee IT-focused projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions, manage resources effectively, and drive collaboration among internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to IT solutions and develop strategies to minimize impact, ensuring project success.
- Track Progress & Report: Monitor project performance against milestones, provide detailed reports to senior leadership, and take action to address escalations or concerns.
- Ensure Governance & Compliance: Adhere to PMO project management best practices, policies, and frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically in IT projects (e.g., software development, IT infrastructure, technology rollouts), with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or other IT-related project management tools.
- Risk & Budget Management: Skilled in managing project risks, controlling budgets, and ensuring the delivery of IT projects within financial constraints.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide innovative solutions, ensuring minimal impact to the project’s success.
- Educational Background: Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) and a degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
