Job description: DWS are seeking an experienced Project Manager for an enterprise workforce management tool. This role offers an exciting opportunity working in a highly regarded national brand, working closely with the wider business, vendors and technical teams.Experience and demonstrated successful implementations of WFM systems, ideally Kronos / UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) and associated modules is essential.Type: Max Term
Length: 12 months, potential for renewal
Rate: up to $220K (inc super), depending on experience

Style: Hybrid; 3 days a week in CBD officeResponsibilities:
- Lead the initial scoping activities to ensure the Enterprise Time & Attendance tool, Workforce Dimensions (WFD), is fit for purpose and aligns with the corporate requirements of the organisation
- Be ultimately responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Workforce Management Program, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the implementation and integration of UKG Kronos and Workforce Dimensions, with a focus on rostering, tender, and payroll modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, Operations, and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear and transparent updates on program progress and aligning expectations
- Identify and mitigate risks while addressing challenges to ensure successful program outcomes
- Drive change management and adoption strategies, ensuring smooth transitions to new systems for all impacted teams
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the program team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within ERP integration or technical delivery projects
- Experience working on Time & Attendance systems and modules within an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Solid experience in managing technical teams and understanding the needs of architects, developers, and testers in complex projects
- End-to-end migration, integration project experience, with the ability to manage testing, quality assurance, and deployment phases
