We have a number of positions across; Melton Hospital, Data Centres and the Melbourne Arts precinct and a number of exciting upcoming projects.In this position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.Requirements5 years experience, on large scale construction projectsExtensive previous on-site construction delivery experienceDegree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)Experience on healthcare or commercial project preferredClear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally as well as lead and mentor intermediate engineersAbout LendleaseWith a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
