We partner with multiple teams across Xero and help monetise new products, new markets and create beautiful buying experiences for our customers and internal partners. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Manager to join our team and bring some of our key pricing and packaging initiatives to life.What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- A proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into impactful solutions.
- Strong data-driven decision-making abilities and experience with A/B testing or similar methodologies.
- The ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams in parallel, across multiple timezones.
- The ability to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the business leveraging excellent stakeholder management, open communication style and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
As a Product Manager, you will be doing the following:
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define and execute product initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies: Build and own the roadmap for one of the capability areas of our domain – including improvements and innovations.
- Focus on customers: Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet and exceed their expectations.
- Test and learn: Implement experiments and leverage data insights to continuously refine and optimize pricing and packaging strategies.
- Drive results: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate effectively: Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable plans.
