LOD is enjoying incredible success that both our HQ team and our team of LOD secondees needs to grow to keep up with demand. There is an opportunity to join our thriving HQ team and play a critical role in attracting, securing, and providing care for the best legal professionals in the business (including lawyers, paralegals, and risk & compliance professionals). You will be part of our Australia-wide People & Development team and will work on recruiting and supporting the employee lifecycle of our team of secondees in Melbourne.Your role will include (but not limited to):· Managing LOD’s recruitment efforts in the Melbourne legal and compliance market (including managing end to end recruitment, offer processes, inductions etc)· Supporting our Melbourne team to deliver on resourcing plans· Continuation and development of HR initiatives to support the employee lifecycle of our Melbourne secondeses· Building and maintaining available talent pools· Become a trusted HR advisor to the Melbourne secondee teamQualifications:What you’ll need· Tertiary qualifications in human resources, law, or business· Demonstrated experience in similar role, ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional services or legal recruitment related business· Self-motivated, positive, organised and detail orientated and able to manage multiple and changing priorities· Strong communications skills and the ability to get along well with othersWhat’s in it for you?A supportive, dynamic, and flexible work environment where your input and ideas will be encouraged and valued.
