[email protected]Position DetailsTHE ROLEThe Principal Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government’s Big Housing Build agenda of increasing social and affordable housing in Victoria.The Principal Project Manager will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership and oversee and manage a range of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design, documentation and project delivery in a Public Private Partnerships context. This includes managing design review processes and undertaking other delivery and construction phase review and oversight activities required for a Partnerships Victoria project, coordinating procurement processes, stakeholder management, reporting, briefings and risk and issues management.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Lead the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of reports, internal and ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions, meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Be accountable for budget management and financial reporting, including the preparation of project cashflows and forecasts.
