Reporting to the Manager – Investigations, the role will conduct and lead numerous investigations simultaneously by coordinating resources, providing expert advice, resolving complex issues and ensuring investigations comply with a range of legislative requirements, processes and industry standards.Duties include:

  • Review investigation plans and monitor investigations ensuring adequate resources are available.
  • Initiate and build collaborative relationships across the organisation to ensure access to resources and commitment to investigation timelines.
  • Attend court and give evidence obtained through the process of the investigation.
  • Prepare and review complex written materials including affidavits and applications for warrants, briefs of evidence for court, internal reports and other documents.

  • Formal qualifications and/or training in investigations, law enforcement or a related discipline are required.
  • Extensive experience in the conduct of sensitive and complex investigations.
