Biortica Agrimed continues its’ march forwards, building Team and capacity.
Australia’s largest B2B grower of medicinal cannabis today confirmed completion of an equipment purchase from Cann Group Ltd (ASX:CAN).
“This is a great deal for both Cann & Biortica,” said CEO, Tom Varga, “and further confirms Biortica’s desire for industry collaboration and co-operation.”
“The equipment acquisition allows us to complete Glass-houses No.2 & No.8 ahead of time and below budget,” he said, “great equipment, no wait times and favourable pricing.”
“Our existing glasshouse facility is fully sold through to Q2 2025. We need the additional capacity.”
The equipment purchase, together with works already completed and underway at Biortica’s Victorian & New South Wales’ sites will provide an additional 16,000 sqm of new capacity, scheduled to come on-line Q1 2025.
