Biortica is pleased to announce the appointment of Shane Branigan to the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Hitting the ground running, Shane has already commenced his role the same day his appointment is announced.

“Shane has big boots to fill, taking over from Matt Turner our previous CFO and company co-founder,” said Biortica’s CEO, Tom Varga, “ With this transition Biortica is reaffirming our commitment to Apollo Green, a leading provider of genetics, and our international growth strategy. Matt remains with Biortica in an expanded role, investing his time to build our International Division with a specific focus on genetics, import and global expansion in the newly created role of Chief Global Officer. This is an exciting new chapter for the business”
An RMIT graduate in Business Administration (Exec.), Shane brings 27+ years’ experience to the role, working in senior finance roles with global and ASX listed companies. In addition to depth of financial experience, Shane brings, International and NASDAQ experience to Biortica.
