Job description: The Alba Aged Care, comprised of 95 beds and Easy Living Apartments, comprised of 60 apartments provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facilities within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair and beauty spa, and gym along with many other activities in the Albert Park Lake area.Our Better Together model focuses on providing the best care to our residents and work life balance for our staff. - Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
About YouAbove all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.Does this sound like you?
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Personal Care Assistant within Aged Care in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Night Duty – Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday each week
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability or similar
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and willing to get a 2025 Influenza Vaccination
