Job description: Job Description:The CompanyRobert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Payroll officer for a highly regarded and well-respected healthcare organisation based in the CBD Fringe. This role will be temp or temp to perm opportunity if the successful candidate has long term work rights.Candidates with experience with Technology One will be highly regarded as the organisation goes through a system migration.Proven complex payroll experience with the ability to work with complex payroll systems, award rates and salary packaging will be an advantage for the successful candidate.This is a fulltime role with flexible / remote work opportunitiesThe RoleReporting to the payroll manager, your duties will include:
- High Volume Payroll processing on a bi-weekly and monthly basis
- Adhering to a large amount of award and EBA rates
- Accurate entering of timesheets
- Processing of Salary packaging / entitlements
- Ensure wages and Tax payments are compliant with regulation
- Mentoring and overseeing of the payroll team
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Your ProfileTo be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Previous EBA experience
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Experience with Technology One
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
