We provide industry-focused brokerage, consulting, and claims advocacy services, leveraging data, technology, and analytics to help reduce our clients’ total cost of people risk.We will count on you to:
- Negotiate and place underwritten workers compensation policies for clients
- Provide expert advice on managed fund policies and offer ad hoc support to employers
- Present confidently to clients, articulating recommendations and strategies effectively
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in workers compensation placement and brokerage
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and negotiation skills
- A client-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust
What makes you stand out:
- Experience in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
- A background in risk management or insurance is advantageous
- Additional qualifications in relevant fields, including allied health or insurance would be advantageous
