We have some excellent opportunities for anOffice Services Associate at our client sites in the Melbourne CBD.The ideal candidate will be customer service and client focused and will enjoy the challenge of achieving positive results.Some key responsibilities include:
- Mail sorting, collection and distribution
- Ensure general tidiness of Mailroom
- Booking, receiving, & distribution of courier items
- General office administration and other ad hoc duties
- Assist Team Leader in collating incoming/outgoing mail and courier data
- Know and comply with company policies and health and safety procedures
This is a highly physical role in a busy pass-through Mailroom, which includes some manual handling.To be successful in this role you will need:
- A desire to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal
- To be reliable and flexible
- Professional presentation to work in a corporate environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic PC skills
