About usAlfred Mental & Addiction Health (AMAH) is responsible for the operation of services, which focus on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.The single most important goal of AMAH is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery, supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.What you’ll be doingIn this role, you will assist the AMAH Health Information team to monitor and maintain data quality with a particular focus on legislative requirements related to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act. You will be located with the data and Health Information Team at the St Kilda Road office but will also work at other sites as required. The position will provide leave cover for the Mental Health Tribunal Coordinator and manage the Psychiatric Second Opinion requests and data entry into CMI for restrictive interventions.About you
- Working knowledge of CMI and other health information systems
- Thorough understanding of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act, in particular, compulsory treatment
- Australian working rights
- Current Victorian driver licence and be willing to undergo a Background Check
- Full Covid-19 and 2024 Influenza vaccinations
