The role adherences to key operational performance metrics and execution of successful and compliant installation of metering upgrades for existing Alinta Energy customer sites.In this role, you’ll be:

  • Delivering outstanding service to Alinta’s customers, resulting in successful installation of metering for new and existing sites, including the establishment of any large-scale smart meter roll-outs
  • Assisting customers for meter fault management, in accordance with regulatory obligations
  • Interacting with internal and external Stakeholders to resolve any meter exchange related issues
  • Delivering on key performance indicators relating to call handling metrics and behaviours
  • Contributing to a culture & capability that values and prioritises compliance

Ideally, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Experience in a front-line customer service role, preferably a contact centre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High customer service and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Window’s computer environment i.e., Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment
