This pivotal role is designed to enhance marketing processes, oversee recruitment and hiring initiatives-including the development of comprehensive position descriptions-and manage sophisticated workflow systems. You will also be responsible for the seamless onboarding of new staff, meticulous operational management, and stringent risk and compliance oversight.You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Operations Lead and the General Manager of Marketing, Australia. Work Hours: Full-timeWhat will your day look like?As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic oversight and comprehensive management of the recruitment process from initiation to successful completion.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts, including crafting detailed position descriptions and managing the hiring pipeline that sees the position description approved and roles are advertised on time.
- Directing internal communications with Senior Executives and the entire Marketing team.
- Managing and facilitating new starters for onboarding ensuring all relevant technology and systems are set up accurately.
- Centre of Excellence dedicated to enhancing operational methodologies and driving continuous process improvements.
- Ensuring well managed and compliance protocols are completed within the function.
- Resolving matters that relate to the hiring process while fostering a positive work environment.
- Streamlining and refining marketing processes to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing daily operations, ensuring they are consistently aligned with the strategic objectives of the team.
What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Extensive experience in a Marketing Operations role (or similar)
- Demonstrated experience working in a large matrix style organisation
- Proficient in all Windows Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite and Jira
- Experience working in Marketing department
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Effective change management skills to identify, prepare and implement change
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong Ways of Working experience
- Excellent time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Proactive team player, works well under pressure
- Customer-focused with commitment to exceptional service
