At ANZ our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive and to achieve this.The CPS 231 Manager will play a key role in assisting the Suncorp Integration Program and Group Outsourcing Compliance deliver on all required CPS 231 and CPS230 activities as part of the Suncorp Integration. This role involves building up a strong knowledge of CPS 231 and CPS230 requirements and working closely with Group Outsourcing Compliance and Suncorp Bank to ensure APRA Delegate and Board responsibilities are met.This role will be involved in completing and co-ordinating CPS 231 and CPS230 requirements supporting the ANZ APRA Delegate meet ‘Head of Group” responsibilities as it relates to Suncorp Bank material outsourced arrangements.This role reports into Group Outsourcing Compliance and is a critical function, with highly valued and innovative teams that enable ANZ to deliver its purpose.Role Type: 6 month Opportunity

Work Hours: Full TimeWhat will your day look like?
- Support ANZ APRA Delegate on recommendations in relation to Suncorp Bank material outsourced arrangements which are also deemed material under CPS 231, to ANZ as Head of Group.
- Co-ordinate and prepare the APRA notifications when a Suncorp Bank material outsourced arrangement is deemed material to ANZ as Head of Group.
- Under CPS 230, review the Suncorp Bank Material Service Providers (MSPs) and provide recommendations to the APRA CPS231 delegate as to which MSPs are material to ANZ as Head of Group.
- Provide compliance advice and guidance against APRA CPS 231 and CPS230
- Providing thought leadership and input into the development and continuous improvement of the management of outsourcing risks and compliance across the ANZ Group, with a focus on assisting and upskilling Suncorp Bank
- Providing strategic direction into delivery of insights and opinion into ANZ’s Outsourcing portfolio across the Group for CPS 231 and CPS230 and policy compliance including risk committee/governance forum reporting and escalation
What will you bring?
- Extensive hands-on experience in risk / compliance management with focus/experience on CPS 231, coupled with significant banking & finance industry knowledge
- Ability to form and own opinions, interpret & provide guidance on application of regulatory requirements including challenge on compliance arrangements where appropriate
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including excellent negotiating, influencing and conflict management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Tertiary qualified
