An exciting opportunity has arisen within this law firm for an experienced Legal Assistant to work in their Family Law team. This role will be supporting up to Principal level and you will therefore be regarded as an integral member of the team. You will offer support and a variety duties, including the following:
- Diary management;
- Answering phones and client enquiries;
- Drafting, editing, and formatting documents;
- Preparing briefs and contact with Barristers;
- Organising meetings and functions; and
- Billing.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have proven Legal Assistant experience ideally within family law or litigation. In addition you will have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Word and formatting; and
- Exceptional attention to detail.
