Job description: Overview:Full-time, ContinuingHEW 6 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working ArrangementsBased at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of workingAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team in a dynamic role that requires expertise in communication, project management and problem-solving.The Learning & Teaching Support Officer is responsible for delivering timely and accurate academic support services to the School including: curriculum, learning management systems, student lifecycle support, timetabling and student enrichment, as well as assisting academic staff with blended learning technologies including Canvas and other course and program administration. They work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure program review, development, renewal and amendment activities relating to new program or course proposals.If you are passionate about driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service within the tertiary education sector, we want to hear from you.To be successful in this position, you’ll have:Proven ability to work effectively, flexibly, and collaboratively within teams and across the University.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering creative and innovative solutions.Experience in the development and implementation of quality improvement systems.Proven ability to manage a high workload, meet deadlines, and ensure attention to detail.In-depth knowledge and experience within the tertiary education sector.Excellent IT skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel.
