The Regulatory Learning Support Coordinator will provided Learning Management System (LMS) administration and management, assist in creation of learning resources and provide learning support to regulatory Coordinators within the organisation.The Regulatory Learning Support Coordinator will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within learning programs.Reporting to the Regulatory Learning and Development Manager this role will also support learning initiatives to enhance theoretical knowledge and regulatory excellence in line with workplace expectations.What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience as a LMS Administrator preferably with Tribal Habits with the ability to problem solve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate information in a clear and confident manner.
- Experience in supporting blended learning and development programs including producing learning and assessment materials eg. class resources, learner workbooks
- Excellent organisational and self-management skills with the ability to use initiative, plan and prioritise work and handle multiple demands
- Demonstrated ability to provide analytics and reporting on learning programs
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
