We have an exciting opportunity for a Leadership & Inclusion Manager to make a meaningful impact by designing and implementing leadership programs and integrating inclusion into our business strategy.With the ability to be based out of our of Sydney, Wacol or Melbourne locations, you’ll join our passionate and transformative Learning and Development HR Team.About the job:

  • Develop and deliver leadership development programs that enhance capabilities at all levels.
  • Embed Penske’s leadership competencies and values into key business processes.
  • Ensure all leaders are onboarded effectively and empowered to lead highly capable teams.
  • Coach, mentor and engage leaders at all levels, using your strong influencing skills.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of DEI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to drive best practices in leadership and DEI.
  • Support and guide Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to amplify diverse voices.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and legislative requirements to ensure compliance and innovation.
  • Measure and assess the effectiveness of programs, ensuring continuous improvement.

About you:

  • Experience – Proven track record in leadership development and executing successful DEI initiatives. Ideally, you will also have first-hand supervisory experience.
  • Skills – Strong facilitation, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge – Deep understanding of DEI principals and Australian Workplace compliance (NZ knowledge desirable)
  • Tech-Savvy – Experience with HRIS (e.g., Cornerstone, Chris21) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Passion – A commercial mindset with a commitment to fostering inclusive leadership and cultural change.
