Job description: Fabulous opportunity to use your Experience Design skills in a leadership role within one of Australia’s most exciting emerging creative agencies.You’ll be part of an Experience Consulting team working with some major Australian brands, developing and delivering sophisticated CX Design strategies. Working closely with clients, you’ll uncover in-depth research insights, lead and facilitate workshops, map customer journeys and use this data to generate strategic plans and ideation. With a holistic approach, you’ll be able to develop a solution in the form of a value proposition or service blueprint before handing off to UX or interaction designers. As a senior leader in the team, you’ll also scope projects and guide and mentor others in the team. The role also collaborates closely with other teams in the agency, so you’ll work closely with Creative and Account Service to ensure all work is designed to optimise every brand interaction. Y ou’ll deal directly with the client and be able to engage at senior levels with a confident, engaging approach.To succeed in this role, your background should include at least eight years’ experience in a CX Design role, either in a creative agency, client-side organisation or consulting environment.
