Are you a passionate and driven Lawyer/Associate with a minimum of 4 years post admission experience? This client now offers an exciting opportunity to join their retail property team.The RoleAs a Lawyer/Associate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in commercial, retail leasing property matters. This includes drafting and negotiating lease agreements and related documents, interpreting lease terms, managing rent reviews, resolving disputes, including enforcing and terminating commercial leases. You will be involved in managing some of Australia’s largest shopping centres as part of your portfolio.About YouIdeally you will need to have between 2-4 years’ of post admission experience with proven experience in property and/or leasing matters. You will need to be commercially minded, have strong written and verbal skills.To be considered for the role:
