This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven company that has a direct and positive impact on the lives of those in need.The RoleAs a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating the RFP for a data modernisation project. You will work closely with vendors, develop valuation criteria, ensure privacy requirements are met, and facilitate collaboration across teams. This is a hands-on role where your organisational skills will be essential in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. While technical expertise is available within the team, your focus will be on project coordination and effective communication across all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the RFP process, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure a smooth execution
  • Support coordination across multiple project teams to drive forward progress
  • Manage other key projects, including a major document migration and the transition to a new intranet system
  • Project planning and coordination including creating project schedules
  • Communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Documenting and reporting ensuring all project documents are up to date
  • Identifying risk, escalating issues and implementing solutions

Your ProfileWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong background in managing RFP end to end. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to coordinate projects while maintaining a high standard of communication and stakeholder engagement.You will bring:

  • Hands-on, flexible, and adaptable approach to project coordination
  • Proven end-to-end experience with the RFP process
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Comfortable working alongside technical teams but with a focus on coordination rather than technical expertise
  • Experience in preparing steerco packs for senior leadership
  • Willingness to undergo WWCC & Police check
