As a Journey Expert, in the Product Management and Governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring Home Loan products and the end-to-end value chain are well managed and governed to ensure they meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role will be primarily focused on Home Loans Non-Financial risk.Key Focus Areas:
- End-to-End Risk Management: Develop and maintain the comprehensive risk and control view of Home Loans.
- Governance Reporting: Create impactful Risk Forum and Governance reports to highlight critical focus areas for leadership.
- Practical Tools & Guidance: Provide tools and guidance to drive consistent risk rhythms, assessments, and treatment management.
- Collaborative Governance: Work across Governance initiatives to align actions with Home Loans Portfolio Objectives.

- Proven Emerging Skills in Non-Financial Risk Management: Some knowledge of the banking and finance industry, with experience in identifying and assessing non-financial risks.
