Job description: Japanese-Speaking Junior Accountant-Accounting FirmThis is truly rare opportunity! We are currently seeking individuals at the Junior level who aspire to work in an accounting firm. This full-time position is suitable for those who have 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or taxation, studied accounting, or recently graduated. They are open to candidates without in-depth expertise but who are eager to build a career in accounting. Japanese language skills (reading and writing) are preferred due to the nature of our clients, many of whom are Japanese businesses. The company is committed to nurturing talent, offering possible visa support, and requires candidates to have a visa valid for at least 1.5 years, proficiency in business-level Japanese, and a background in studying accounting.
- Full-time Mon-Fri
- Work from home is available after necessary training
- The company allows fully remote work once the candidate has proven capable. (Currently, all employees are working remotely.) They gather occasionally for face-to-face meetings and social events.
- Open to candidates in either Sydney or Melbourne, so location is flexible
- Permanent residency or holders of a visa valid for 1-1.5 years or more
- Candidates may not have a professional background but should have obtained a degree in accounting.
- Japanese Language Proficiency: Reading and writing proficiency in Japanese
