This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects while using your expertise in interior design and ArchiCAD.About the Role: As an Interior Designer in the architectural studio, you will be instrumental in creating innovative interior environments for commercial, residential, hotels and mixed-use projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and clients from concept through to execution, ensuring each project is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Your role will involve design conceptualisation, space planning, and detailed execution, all while using ArchiCAD to bring your ideas to life.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for a diverse range of projects, from initial concepts to final execution.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and the broader project team to deliver cohesive and inspiring designs.
- Use ArchiCAD to create detailed 3D models, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Select finishes, materials, furnishings, and lighting to complement the design vision.
- Prepare mood boards, presentation materials, and project documentation.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Manage client relationships and communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design technologies to incorporate into your work.
About You:
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Interior Designer within an architectural studio or similar setting.
- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential.
- Experience in developing detailed design drawings, technical specifications, and 3D visualizations.
- A strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and materials selection.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A portfolio that showcases your design expertise, demonstrating both concept and completed projects.
