The OpportunityJoin the McKinnon Institute for Political Leadership (MKI) as an Insights Manager.The Insights Manager is a key appointment with responsibility for helping to drive MKI’s strategic goals at a critical new phase of the Institute’s development. Working at the intersection of research and practice, the position is part of an interdisciplinary team that supports the translation and dissemination of knowledge and insights curated and generated by MKI.As the successful candidate you will be responsible for day-to-day project management of an MKI knowledge management strategy encompassing internal knowledge resources and content for MKI audiences, stakeholders and partners, including planning, progress reporting, and risk management. Additionally, you will lead and manage the translation of complex ideas and frameworks into clearly communicated, accessible and practical insights that inform program development and public communications.The ideal candidate will bring a strong educational background, substantial relevant skills and work experience. The role requires postgraduate qualifications and extensive, relevant experience; or extensive and proven experience in comparable roles; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience in consulting, think tanks, public administration, or similar.About Monash UniversityAt , work feels different.
