Their mission is to rekindle the joy of sound through innovative solutions, delivering exceptional service tailored to each individual’s needs.DescriptionIn this 6-month role, you will be responsible for overseeing a project to audit, rectify, and standardise employee records while ensuring compliance with both regulatory and organisational requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct thorough audits of employee records, identifying and addressing compliance issues. Implement corrective actions and maintain a compliance checklist.
- Process Standardisation: Develop standardised filing procedures and document retention policies, and provide training to staff to ensure future compliance.
- Ongoing Monitoring: Establish regular audits and monitoring processes to maintain long-term compliance and efficiency.
You will work closely with the HR department, cross-functional teams, and senior management to ensure all employee records meet required standards.Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in HR compliance, auditing, and process optimisation.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in auditing (ISO 9001-14001/OHSAS 18000) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
