About the companyAn exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Advisor to join a local government authority on a 6-month contract. This role is perfect for an HR generalist with strong organisational skills, confident Excel abilities, and experience supporting key HR functions.Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to a high volume of general HR enquiries
- Preparing and generating employment contracts
- Managing the HR inbox and resolving queries efficiently
- Providing payroll support and ensuring accurate data entry
- Utilising ELMO to manage HR processes
- Assisting with HR reporting and data analysis
About You:
- Previous HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Excel for reporting and data management
- Experience working with HR systems (ELMO experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support a diverse workforce

Expected salary: $83200 – 104000 per year
