Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008What will your day look like?As a Health & Safety Coordinator, you will:Supporting W&S activities including incident case management, incident response and regulatory reportingW&S administrative tasks including maintenance of the W&S Management system, intranet and SharePoint, supporting the W&S Committees, data, document and information management.Providing quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on W&S mattersSupporting and participating in W&S projects and ensuring that targets & objectives are achievedWorking with the team on key legislative changes and in-country regulatory requirements, to ensure W&S policy and process are compliantBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with customers & stakeholdersPromoting Health, Safety, and Wellbeing to key stakeholdersEnsuring that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirementsReviewing the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and providing feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvementWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:A tertiary qualification or currently studying to achieve a qualification in health and safety or related discipline.Demonstrated organizational skills with strong coordination skills to manage competing prioritiesGreat with data, time management, and processes – ideally proficient in excelExperience in developing and providing workable solutions to health and safety issuesSound knowledge of W&S trends and legislation in Health & SafetyExperience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationshipsYou’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
