As the Health Concierge Team Leader – Clinical, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver personalised and integrated care. Leading a virtual team, you’ll ensure efficient triaging, scheduling, and workforce planning to enhance the delivery of high-quality allied health and nursing services.This permanent full-time role is based out of our Spring Street office in Melbourne, with the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.Our Opportunity to You

The Day to Day
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Oversee customer intake, triaging, and clinical referral assessment
- Manage workforce scheduling and operational rostering to maximize efficiency
- Ensure the right resource meets the right need at the right time
- Provide leadership in referral management, insourcing/outsourcing decisions, and team performance
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimise care delivery and workforce utilization
About You
We’re looking for a clinical and operational expert with strong business acumen and a passion for improving care outcomes. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in allied health or nursing with current registration
- Have significant experience in clinical operations and workforce management
- Are data-focused, process-driven, and always seeking efficiency gains
- Possess strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team
- Understand how to balance customer needs with optimizing service delivery
