Job description: Head Chef | Melbourne – North West SuburbsTWG is searching for a passionate qualified chef to join a corporate site in Melbourne northwest suburb.Full time, Monday to Friday, day shift role, with opportunities for growth within the TWG group.Excellent food presentation, production skills and the ability to lead a team in a busy environment must have skills.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Day to day production of all site requirements
- Ability to manage team
- Financial responsibility for Menu costings
- Ensuring only the very highest standards of food presentation & creativity
- Ordering and replenishing stock
- Sound knowledge of Food safety and OHS
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- A focus on providing excellent contemporary food!
- Strong understanding of all aspects of menu planning disciplines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage team to fulfill contract requirements

- Strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles
