About the role
Reporting to the Group Director, Sales & Marketing, the role of the Group Marketing Manager is to develop, plan, implement and execute the strategic marketing plan for the company. This includes generating more loyalty and leads, increasing market penetration, winning new customer accounts as well as retaining and growing existing accounts. The appointee will undertake market research to recognise industry trends and customer behaviours, create a marketing budget aligned to strategy and will be pivotal to lead generation, website development, event administration and scheduling, and brand development. Creating marketing materials, content and communications to customers and communities the role will perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’ sales.
You are a proven B2B Marketing Manager, with extensive experience in the services, BPO or other relevant managed service business. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement., you have strong skills in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channel that engage, educate and motivate customer. Your sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and communication, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and collaborative and consultative approach will see you thrive in this highly empowered leadership position.
