Job description: Job Description:We are looking for a Genesys Contact Centre Developer.Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Genesys Contact Centre Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Genesys Framework, Genesys Composer, and Genesys Routing Service.
- Experience in Genesys Orchestration Server and Genesys Rules Engine.
- Sound knowledge of SIP, GVP, and Genesys Reporting & Analytics.
- Experience in integrating Genesys with CRM systems and other third-party applications.
- Ability to conduct end-to-end testing and troubleshoot issues in the Genesys platform.
- Experience with call routing, queuing, and IVR scripting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Genesys certifications will be a plus.
