Delivering exceptional, and memorable, dining experiences to all our guests.About youYou’ll bring the following:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fine dining, high volume restaurant setting.
- Good understanding around restaurant operations and different styles of sequence of service.
- A strong eye for attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine and culture.
Additional InformationTo be successful, you’ll:
- Have full working rights in Australia.
- Availability to commit to a variety of shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster (weekends, late nights and public holidays).
- Already hold, or be willing to obtain, a Victorian RSA.
This role requires a valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a copy of the certificate to be submitted during the recruitment process.
