Job description: Are you an experienced Fitout Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team delivering exceptional fitout projects across Melbourne.Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 inclusive, Can be higher depending on experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee smaller fitout projects ranging in value from $200,000 to $2 million.
- Work in collaboration with world-renowned luxury brands and high-end stores.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and designers to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from conception to completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fitout project management.
- Strong background in high-end or luxury retail projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
