About the Role:
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial reports.
- Manage month-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing critical insights.
- Assist in compliance with statutory reporting and tax requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
About You:
- CPA/CA qualification (or working towards), with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced or retail environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
- The ability to adapt to challenges with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
