Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for ensuring compliance?Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects simultaneously?Spotlight Group is seeking a motivated Facilities Compliance Administration Officer to join our Facilities and Services team, reporting to the Facilities and Services Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring our property portfolio remains compliant with all relevant legislation and internal/external policies.What You Will Be Doing:

  • Compliance Framework: Implement and enhance the compliance framework for the property portfolio, ensuring adherence to legislative and internal/external policy requirements.
  • Essential Service Compliance: Manage compliance audits, inspections, and documentation for essential services, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and authorities.
  • Asbestos Audits: Schedule and manage asbestos audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and tenant notification.
  • Vertical Transport & Backflow: Oversee the registration and maintenance of vertical transport systems and backflow prevention devices.
  • Tenancy Coordination: Manage tenancy checklists, coordinate fit-out documentation, and ensure compliance with occupancy permit requirements.
  • New Site Compliance: Establish and maintain compliance procedures for new sites, ensuring successful ESM submissions and ongoing compliance.

About You:

  • Strong understanding of building maintenance, compliance, and building services/infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering complex compliance processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
