This role requires exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle time-sensitive matters with precision.What you’ll do:Manage and prioritize CEO communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all incoming emailsHandle complex calendar management for the CEO, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating with multiple stakeholdersProcess and respond to Pro access requests from junior and trainee doctors, ensuring proper vetting and account setupMonitor and engage with online presence through thoughtful responses to comments and reviews across platformsWhat we will look for:Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot and prevent potential issuesOutstanding written communication skills with a professional and empathetic toneStrong prioritization abilities to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneouslySelf-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solvingExperience with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quicklyIdeally you’ll have:Previous experience in executive support or similar fast-paced customer service roleTrack record of managing high-priority communicationsExperience in community management or online engagementWhat sets you apart:Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressureNatural talent for building relationships through written communicationStrong judgment in handling sensitive information with discretionAbility to work independently while maintaining clear communication with the teamWhat do we believe in?We create unconventional solutions to difficult problems and we build them fast.
