Job description: About the roleAs an Executive Administrative Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Joining a broader administration team of 13 in Melbourne, you’ll have access to plenty of support and guidance to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Managing emails, and general inquiries.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Supporting team projects and contributing to process improvements.
  • Handling other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
