About the role:

Our client, one of Melbourne’s best known and respected real estate agencies is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. Here, you will provide high-level executive assistance to two directors and play a critical role in the continued success of the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary and email management
  • Proactively assisting the team to reach sales targets
  • Communicating with buyers, prospective clients and vendors alike throughout the sale process
  • Preparing sales reports, prospecting lists, listing kits and marketing materials
  • Maintaining CRM system
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Assisting in the finalisation of sales including receipting deposit cheques and ensuring paperwork is correct
  • Processing new listings and campaign management
  • Conduct opens and private inspections from time to time

Ideally you’ll have:

  • 5+ years’ experience providing support at an executive level
  • Real estate industry experience and hold or be in the process of studying to complete Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with knowledge of Box and Dice (ideal) and property data platforms
  • Good research skills and the ability to produce clear and concise reports
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise and coordinate confidently with stakeholders and teams across the business
  • Budgeting/accounting knowledge and good numerical skills
  • Marketing knowledge and skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to set goals and lead and manage a team
  • High degree of initiative and self motivation along with a positive attitude
  • An Australian drivers license
