It is responsible for providing administrative support, managing stakeholders and ensuring collaboration.This exciting part-time, ongoing opportunity has a close working relationship with both the Executive Manager, Health Promotions Systems and Executive Manager, Social Marketing and Communications, other Executives and members of the Executive Support Team. The successful candidate is expected to develop and nurture excellent relationships across the organisation and with key external stakeholders. To achieve this, the person in this role must be an effective liaison point and represent VicHealth in a professional manner at all times.Key responsibilities:

  • Providing exemplary high-level administrative support such as calendar, travel and document management across two executives
  • Communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including local and international health promotion organisations, partner organisations, and members of VicHealth Taskforces, Roundtables, Panels and similar
  • Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient executive administration support across VicHealth.

About You:We’re looking for someone who demonstrates previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role to a Senior Executive within either government or the private sector.You will have exceptional planning and organising, attention to detail, interpersonal, flexibility and problem-solving skillsAdditional experience:

  • Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant in an Executive or Chief Executive Office, preferably across multiple Executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience working within the health, community or government sectors
  • High competency with Microsoft Office.
